Bruce and Jeff teach a signal-balance style of horsemanship, working from the horse's perspective to achieve maximum softness.  Their workshops are designed to help rider and horse get the most out of the hackamore, two-rein and bridle phases of the California stock horse system.  They explain the functions and  mechanics of the California gear and demonstrate why it was designed to be used one-handed.  Students are taught safe and humane stockmanship techniques with cattle handling instruction for any level rider.
